01A Change of type

CROSS FLOW TYPE에서 COUNTER FLOW TYPE으로 변경

A Change of type
As seen in the picture, it is available to demolish the traditional
Cross Flow Cooling Tower and change it into the Counter Flow Cooling Tower.

This is possible since robust stainless steel pipes are used as a member of frameworkof the Cooling Tower Structure to enhance the strength of the structure, in addition tothe accurate design of the structure and proper selection of the members of framework.

As the structure can be changed to Counter Flow cooling Tower that shows good efficincyof heat exchange in the same installation area, we could get the result of improving theperformance of the Cooling Tower.

02Design for special cooling tower

As it uses Stainless Steel pipes, it is possible to design higher Cooling Tower than general ones, which is appropriate to design Cooling Towers with big range,
and to special designs such as None Filler Type that takes use of the head of cooling water.

The waste water produced from papermaking plants, which contains much foreignsubstances, or the direct cooling water coming from steel plants hardly allowinternal inspection, consequently not allowing regular examinations nor cleanings, too.Mostly, those plants mentioned above suffer significant congestions in the Lateral Pipesand Spray Nozzles, prohibiting Cooling Tower from correctly performing.

To tackle the challenges, the Company has designed to draw out and installExternal-Injection spray Nozzle System and lateral Pipes, which allow convenientinspections and cleanings, outside Cooling Tower, and to be able to cleanby using high pressure spray injectiors at one end.

In case of reinstallation constructions conducted after repudiation, it often uses again the existing driving part.

To help users reduce their costs, we choose out reusable items from old Cooling Towers,followed by analyzing the economic benefits & losses, and then reusing such itemsthat are applicable to the new Cooling Towers after giving modification to the structures.

As all the Brackets and Conncectors used in Post & Girder use Laser processed or precision molded goods, it is possible to lower processing errors to the minimum.

As it temporarily assembles and lifts structures at the site before Show-Down,we could significantly shrink the construction time spending at site by one third ormore of that of existing installaion methods.
